1. 앱에서 바로 지우기 (가장 빨라요)
- 엘리멘탈 쉽을 열고, 메인 화면 오른쪽 위 프로필을 눌러요.
- 계정 정보 탭 → 계정 삭제
- 안내를 읽고 한 번 더 누르면 바로 지워져요.
2. 앱을 지웠거나 열 수 없을 때 (이메일로 요청)
sdh41872@gmail.com 로 아래 내용을 보내 주세요.
- 제목: 엘리멘탈 쉽 계정 삭제 요청
- 함장 이름
- 로그인에 쓴 Google 계정 이메일 (이 이메일로 보내 주시면 본인 확인이 빨라요)
받은 날부터 10일 안에 지우고, 끝나면 이메일로 알려 드려요.
3. 지워지는 정보
- Google 로그인 정보 (이메일 · 고유번호)
- 함장 이름 · 공개 프로필 · 전적 · 경기 기록 · 진영전 기록 · 게임 진행 (진주 · 레벨 · 승리카드 · 꾸미기)
- 친구 목록 · 친구 요청 · 차단 목록 · 그룹 초대
- 내가 보낸 대화 글 (1:1 · 그룹) · 그룹에서 나가기
- 이 기기의 게임 정보 (앱에서 지울 때)
4. 지워지지 않거나 잠시 남는 정보
- 진영전의 진영별 합계 점수 — 숫자만 남고 누구 것인지 알 수 없어요
- 신고 기록 — 악용을 막기 위해 검토가 끝날 때까지 (길어도 1년) 보관한 뒤 지워요
- 상대가 나에게 보낸 대화 글 — 상대가 보낸 기록이라 남을 수 있어요
- 로그인 없이 만든 함장('새 함장 등록')은 서버에 정보가 없어요. 앱을 지우면 함께 지워져요
Elemental Ship – Account and Data Deletion
Developer: Elemental Ship Team
1. Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Elemental Ship and tap Profile at the top right of the main screen.
- Open the Account tab and tap Delete account.
- Confirm, and your account is deleted right away.
2. If you removed the app or cannot open it (request by email)
Send an email to sdh41872@gmail.com with:
- Subject: Elemental Ship account deletion request
- Your captain name
- The Google account email you signed in with (sending from that address speeds up verification)
We delete your data within 10 days of receiving the request and let you know by email.
3. Data that is deleted
- Google sign-in data (email address and account ID)
- Captain name, public profile, records, match history, faction war records and game progress (pearls, level, victory cards, cosmetics)
- Friends list, friend requests, block list and group invites
- Messages you sent (1:1 and group); you also leave your group
- Game data on this device (when deleted in the app)
4. Data that is kept or kept for a while
- Faction war totals per faction – only numbers remain; they cannot identify you
- Reports – kept until review is finished (up to 1 year) to prevent abuse, then deleted
- Messages other players sent to you – these were sent by them and may remain
- Captains created without signing in ("New Commander") have no server data; they are removed when you uninstall the app
