엘리멘탈 쉽 이용약관
시행일: 2026년 10월 18일
Elemental Ship 운영팀(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 엘리멘탈 쉽(이하 "게임")을 이용할 때의 약속을 정합니다. Google로 로그인하거나 '새 함장 등록'으로 게임을 시작하면 이 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 게임과 계정
- 게임은 무료이며, 지금은 현금 결제와 광고가 없습니다. 유료 상품이 생기면 약관을 바꾸고 미리 알려 드립니다.
- Google로 로그인한 함장은 전적 · 친구 · 대화가 서버에 저장되어 여러 기기에서 이어서 할 수 있습니다. '새 함장 등록'으로 만든 함장은 이 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 만 14세 미만은 Google 로그인 없이 '새 함장 등록'으로 이용해 주세요.
- 계정은 본인만 쓸 수 있습니다. 계정을 팔거나 빌려주거나 남의 계정을 쓰면 안 됩니다.
2. 게임 안 재화
- 골드 · 진주 · 승리카드 · 경험치 · 꾸미기 같은 게임 안 재화와 보상은 게임 안에서만 쓰며, 현금 가치가 없고 사고팔거나 다른 계정으로 옮길 수 없습니다.
- 오류로 잘못 얻은 재화나 보상은 회수할 수 있습니다.
3. 대화 · 이름 규칙 (금지 행위)
함장 이름과 친구 · 그룹 대화 등 이용자가 쓰는 모든 글에서 다음을 금지합니다.
- 욕설 · 비하 · 혐오 표현 (성별 · 나이 · 장애 · 출신 지역 · 국적 · 인종 · 종교 · 성적 지향 등을 이유로 한 차별 포함)
- 괴롭힘 · 따돌림 · 위협 · 스토킹, 자해나 폭력을 부추기는 글
- 음란하거나 성적인 글, 미성년자를 대상으로 한 부적절한 글
- 남의 개인정보(실명 · 전화번호 · 주소 · 학교 · 사진 등)를 올리는 것, 개인정보를 요구하거나 따로 만나자고 꾀는 것
- 사기 · 피싱 · 광고 · 홍보 · 도배, 다른 사이트나 앱으로 끌어들이는 것
- 운영자나 다른 함장을 사칭하는 것
- 도박 · 불법 거래 등 법에 어긋나는 일을 권하거나 돕는 것
게임 플레이에서도 다음을 금지합니다.
- 해킹 · 변조 프로그램 · 자동 조작, 오류를 일부러 악용하는 것
- 서버를 공격하거나 다른 이용자의 게임을 방해하는 것
4. 신고 · 차단과 조치
- 불쾌한 대화 글은 말풍선을 눌러, 함장은 친구 · 받은 요청 · 그룹 멤버의 '신고'로 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고할 때 그 함장을 차단할 수도 있습니다.
- 차단한 함장은 나에게 친구 요청 · 대화 · 그룹 초대를 보낼 수 없습니다.
- 나쁜 말은 보낼 때 자동으로 *** 로 가려집니다.
- 운영자는 신고를 확인하고, 규칙을 어긴 정도에 따라 글 삭제 · 이름 변경 · 이용 정지(일시 또는 영구) 같은 조치를 합니다. 어린이 안전을 위협하거나 범죄가 의심되는 경우에는 관련 기관에 알릴 수 있습니다.
5. 이용자가 쓴 글
- 이용자가 쓴 글의 책임은 쓴 사람에게 있습니다.
- 운영자는 게임 운영에 필요한 범위(저장 · 상대에게 보여 주기 · 신고 검토)에서만 글을 다룹니다. 대화 글의 보관 기간은 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. 게임의 변경과 중단
- 운영자는 밸런스 · 규칙 · 모드 등 게임 내용을 바꿀 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 게임 안 공지나 패치 노트로 알립니다.
- 점검 · 서버 장애 등으로 게임의 일부 또는 전부를 잠시 멈출 수 있습니다. 운영을 끝낼 때는 30일 전에 게임 안에서 알립니다.
- 진영전은 베타(시험 운영) 중이라 시즌 규칙과 보상이 바뀔 수 있습니다.
7. 계정 삭제
- 언제든 게임 안 "프로필 → 계정 정보 → 계정 삭제"로 계정을 지울 수 있으며, 지운 기록은 되돌릴 수 없습니다.

8. 책임
- 게임은 무료로 제공됩니다. 운영자는 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 서비스 장애 · 기록 손실, 이용자끼리 생긴 다툼에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 관련 법령이 정한 책임은 집니다.
9. 약관의 변경
- 약관을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 게임 안에서 알립니다. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 이용을 멈추고 계정을 지울 수 있습니다.
10. 준거법
- 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

Elemental Ship Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using Elemental Ship ("the Game"), provided by the Elemental Ship Team ("we"). By signing in with Google or starting with "New Commander", you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Game and your account
- The Game is free. There are currently no real-money purchases and no ads. If paid items are added, we will update these terms and let you know in advance.
- If you sign in with Google, your records, friends and chats are saved on our server so you can continue on other devices. A captain created with "New Commander" is stored only on that device.
- If you are under 14, please play with "New Commander" instead of signing in with Google.
- Your account is for you alone. Do not sell, lend or share your account, and do not use someone else's.
2. In-game currency and rewards
- Gold, pearls, victory cards, XP, cosmetics and other in-game items and rewards can only be used in the Game. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, traded or moved to another account.
- Items or rewards obtained through a bug may be taken back.
3. Chat and naming rules (prohibited conduct)
The following are not allowed in captain names, friend and group chats, or anything else you write in the Game:
- Insults, slurs or hate speech, including discrimination based on gender, age, disability, origin, nationality, race, religion or sexual orientation
- Harassment, bullying, threats or stalking, or encouraging self-harm or violence
- Obscene or sexual content, or inappropriate content aimed at minors
- Posting someone else's personal information (real name, phone number, address, school, photos, etc.), asking for personal information, or pressuring someone to meet in person
- Scams, phishing, advertising, promotion or spam, or luring players to other sites or apps
- Impersonating us or another player
- Encouraging or helping with gambling, illegal trading or other illegal activity
The following are also not allowed during play:
- Hacking, modified clients, automation or bots, or deliberately exploiting bugs
- Attacking our servers or disrupting other players' games
4. Reporting, blocking and enforcement
- You can report a chat message by tapping its bubble, and report a captain with "Report" on a friend, a friend request or a group member. You can also block that captain when you report.
- A blocked captain cannot send you friend requests, messages or group invitations.
- Offensive words are automatically masked with *** when sent.
- We review reports and, depending on how serious the violation is, may delete messages, require a name change, or suspend accounts temporarily or permanently. We may report threats to child safety or suspected crimes to the relevant authorities.
5. What you write
- You are responsible for what you write.
- We handle your messages only as needed to run the Game (storing them, showing them to the people you send them to, and reviewing reports). How long messages are kept is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to the Game and interruptions
- We may change the Game, including balance, rules and modes. We announce important changes in the Game or in the patch notes.
- We may pause part or all of the Game for maintenance or because of server problems. If we shut the Game down, we will announce it in the Game 30 days in advance.
- The Faction War is in beta, so its season rules and rewards may change.
7. Deleting your account
- You can delete your account at any time in the Game under Profile → Account → Delete account. Deleted records cannot be restored.

8. Liability
- The Game is provided free of charge. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for service interruptions, lost records, or disputes between players. This does not limit any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Changes to these terms
- If we change these terms, we will announce it in the Game at least 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you). If you do not agree with the new terms, you can stop playing and delete your account.
10. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
